Water for Kids (1)

Play it Forward changed is name to PIFWorld and went life a few months ago. I became an Ambassador for the Water for Kids project.

Sofar 105 euro was raised for the Water for Kids project. A You4Uganda project. As the project needs an other 25,000 euro to start I am looking for new ways to raise money. I would like to ask you to support this project by donating only 5 euro to this project.

Parking domains

Parking a domain is probably the easiest way to make some money. You buy a domain name from me and then you just park the domain. The last two months I’ve parked a few domains with Sedo and www.GoDaddy.com
. The results are just great.

With an minimum investment making a few euro’s. After you parked your domains, you start promoting them by adding the url of that domain to your email / sms signature, your forum signature and posting them on your website. Funny enough people really use the URL’s provided; by adding a simple URL to your messages you generate unexpected traffic towards your site. Some people might find interesting links and click on it. That’s when you start making money. At www.maartenvanleeuwen.com you’ll find an example of what I’m talking about. Btw, don’t use to many links in your email cause some email hosts might classify them as spam.

I use that money to finance new more interesting projects.

Caught by an egotrap

Well, it happens you know. Just a few hours ago I posted on Higherlevel.nl. Topic what is your good cause? I thought to start a reaction. Explained that I was a donating a 25% of my interest received on my bank account. I went on telling the folks about Play it Forward. An hour later I received a message that a moderator had changed.
A bit pissed of by the guts to moderator a posted a reply: egotrap!

Ah well, that’s what you get when you’re sitting too long behind your laptop. Time to get some sleep!

A new year a new start: Twitter

Microblogging: Twitter… May be Twitter is easier to show you what I’m doing. At this blog it’s not always that easy to add a new post. Cause you want to write something that makes sense. Or at least I would like to write stuff at this blog that makes sense.

Twitter is just great to let the world know what you’re doing. It’s “wie wat waar” from Hyves at large. You know maybe this whole social networking thing is getting out of hand.. You have to sign up with all social networks in order to keep up with the latest trends. So I decided I will sign up at all.. Making all those profiles my personal advertisement pages. Linkbuilding at large.

Twitter’s great because Twitter is easiest way to “SPAM” the world with your thoughts and url’s with getting punished.. At least it looks like that for the moment.
